Refund policy

At Imagination Station Toys and Books, we are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund experience in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies and applicable consumer protection standards.

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products.
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).
Digital or downloadable products.
Gift cards.
Final sale or clearance items.
Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Method

Include your order number and reason for return.
If applicable, provide photos for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Returns must be approved before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

6. Exchanges
We offer replacements for defective or incorrect items.
For exchanges (e.g., different item), please contact us to arrange the process.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photos and order details.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Order Processing Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Cut-off time: 5:00 PM (Central Time – CT).
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
